1. Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone with your preferred Environ products.

2. Apply 1-2 pumps of the Tri-peptide complex Avance Moisturiser to the face and neck, and massage into the skin.

3.Allow to dry and follow with your chosen vitamin A moisturiser Alternatively, cocktail all products together and apply.

4. Apply morning and evening.

5. For a more intense treatment combine with the Cosmetic Roll-CIT®
